Fire-resistant cable employs an oxygen-free copper conductor triple-extruded with XLPE insulation, wrapped with mica fire tape, overlaid by a copper-wire screen, a ceramifying silicone rubber cushion, and a welded corrugated Cu–SS composite sheath, all sheathed in a low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant jacket. It maintains circuit integrity for 90 min at 950 °C while offering high conductivity, low partial discharge, thermal stability and superior fire resistance.

√Electrical Stability: Ultra-low eccentricity insulation, high-roundness construction, uniform stress control, capacitance tolerance ≤ 5 %.
